전남대학교 법과대학을 졸업한 후 20년 가까이 부동산 중개업에 종사해왔다. 부동산 시장의 부침을 온몸으로 경험하면서 탄탄한 성공 노하우를 쌓았다. 우리나라 1세대 공인중개사이며, 부동산 선진화를 위해 일찌감치 공인중개사의 전문성 확보를 주장해왔다.
현재 공주대학교 부동산학과에서 ‘민법총칙’을 강의하고 있으며, 세종부동산연구원 원장으로 토지개발전문가과정 강의를 13회 진행하고 있다. 2008~2009년 CA-TV 나라방송에서 ‘부동산재테크’강의를 26회 했다.
After graduating from Chonnam National University of Law, he has been engaged in real estate brokerage business for nearly 20 years. The author has gained solid know-how in the real estate market by experiencing the ups and downs of the real estate market. He is a first-generation real estate agent in Korea and has been advocating for the advancement of real estate in the real estate market.
He currently teaches General Civil Law at the Department of Real Estate at Kongju National University and lectures on land development specialist courses 13 times as Director of Sejong Real Estate Research Institute. In 2008 ~ 2009, 26 lectures on “Real Estate Investment Tech” were held at CA-TV Nara Broadcasting.
