쉬운 경매를 하면서 고민이 생겼다. 돈이 되는 경매를 하는 것. 돈이 없어서 경매를 하던 그때도 그랬고, 지금도 그렇다. 그래서 다시 공부를 시작했고, 상가와 토지에 도전했다. 낙찰받은 땅에는 집을 세워 올렸고, 상가는 임차인을 맞이했다. 권리관계가 꼬인 물건을 부드럽게 해결하는 실력도 늘었다.
이 모든 것들이 언제나처럼 직접 부딪히고 넘어지며 배운 것이라 성공 경험담뿐 아니라 실수투성이 에피소드까지 가득하다. 나의 노하우를 훔쳐 남들보다 더 유리하게 경매하기를 바란다.
