중앙대학교 법과대학을 졸업했다. 사법연수원을 수료하였고, 국내 중견기업에서 법무팀장으로 근무하였다. 현재는 법률사무소 동하(東河)에서 변호사 업무를 하고 있으며, 인터넷 법률상담카페(우리변호사)를 통한 무료상담도 하고 있다. 전문분야는 부동산전문변호사 및 형사법전문변호사로 등록되어 있다.
대부분의 사람들에게 법은 낯설지만 언제든 현실에서 맞닥뜨릴 수 있다. 필수 생활지침이 되어주기를 바라는 마음으로 누구나 한 번쯤 접할 수 있는 법률문제를 중심으로 책을 엮었다.
He graduated from Chung-Ang University of Law. He has completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute and worked as a Legal Team Leader in a domestic midsize company. Currently, he works as a lawyer in Dongha, a law firm. He also offers free consultation through internet legal counseling cafe (our attorney). His field of expertise is registered as a real estate lawyer and a criminal law attorney.
The law is unfamiliar to most people, but it can always be met in reality. He hope that it will be a guide to essential life, and he has put together a book focusing on legal issues that anyone can access once.
김계형(Kim, Gyehyung)
로스쿨을 졸업한 뒤 로펌을 거쳐 현재 기업에서 사내변호사로 재직 중이다. 변호사가 되어 보니 어려움이 닥쳤을 때 법을 몰라서 발만 동동 구르다 아무것도 해결하지 못하는 사람들이 많다는 것을 알았다.
법의 외곽지대에 있는 이들에게 친근하게 법을 설명할 수 있는 방법을 고민한 끝에, 생활 속에서 빈번히 일어나는 사례들을 골라 이 책을 출간하게 되었다.
After graduating from law school, he is currently an in-house lawyer at the firm through a law firm. When he became a lawyer, he realized that when he had difficulties, he did not know the law.
After studying ways to familiarize the law with those in the outskirts of the law, he decided to publish this book by picking up examples that frequently occur in my life.
