PART 2 첫돌 놀이에서는 태어나서 1년 동안 할 수 있는 놀이로 논다기보다는 양육자와 아이 사이의 지속적인 교감을 키우는 마사지 등과 함께 감성과 운동 능력을 키워주는 간단한 놀이들이 실려 있다. 이후 PART 3 만 1세 놀이~PART 6 만 4~5세 놀이에는 아이가 혼자서 하는 놀이부터 단체로 하는 놀이까지 다양하게 담겨 있다. PART 7 계절별 놀이에서는 계절감을 느끼면서 실내외에서 아이와 함께하는 활동을 담았다.
