필자는 우리가 평소 영어회화를 하는데 필요한 단어는 미국 중학생들의 실력이면 충분하다고 말한다. 그래서 이 책은 외워봤자 평생 한번 써먹을까 말까한 논문에나 나올 단어는 모두 버리고 미국인들이 실제로 많이 쓰는 실용적인 단어만 알려준다. 게다가 적재적소에 활용할 수 있는 예문까지 제시해 회화실력도 키울 수 있다.

4. 미국 대중문화까지 덤으로 배운다!
우리가 원어민들과 대화가 어려운 이유는 영어실력 때문이기도 하지만 문화를 잘 모르기 때문이다. 이 책은 중간 중간 원어민들의 문화와 사고방식 등을 알려준다. 미국 레스토랑에서의 에티켓, 비슷한 단어들의 뉘앙스, 미국인에게 해서는 안 되는 말 등 여행을 가서도 바로 써먹을 수 있는 유용한 정보를 볼 수 있다.

After graduating from Humber College in Canada, he began his English conversation classes for international students and immigrants as an actor in Canada. He learned how to express himself in English so that he can practice in daily life.
There are two kinds of know-how that can penetrate their mouths that they could not say a word in English. The first was to speak English in the form of a “daily expression” rather than a rigid expression, and the second was to train to speak and act in English as if it were acting, rather than learning English.

After returning to Korea, the author taught both of these know-how. He set up an amusing situation and trained with a vivid expression of his own unique teaching method, which has made many English beginners become English proficient.

This book is a training-oriented basic English conversation book that has been learned over the years by knowing how to teach English. He hope that this book will be a good guide to all English beginners on this land who are looking forward to learning the day only.
