언어학 전문가이자 유튜버. 동국대학교에서 일어일문학을 전공하고, 동대학원에 진학하여 일본어사/일본어 문법론/일본어 음운론/일본 한자음 등을 이론적으로 학습했다. 대학원에서 일본한자음 연구 프로젝트에 참여하였고, 이후 문부성 장학생에 합격, 국립 고베 대학 대학원에 진학하여 음운론/통어론/의미론/응용언어학/제2외국어 습득 등을 공부했다. 음성학/음운론 전공으로, 한국어와 일본어의 악센트, 리듬 체계, 단축어 형성 등을 비교·연구하고 있다. 일본어학, 일반언어학적 이론과 다수의 일본어 학습자들을 지켜보며 상담한 경험에 근거하여 일본어 학습법, 일본어 악센트, 일본어 한자 및 어휘 등의 콘텐츠를 다루는 유튜브 채널 ‘자취생K -일본어의 모든 것-’을 운영하고 있다.

Linguistics expert and YouTuber. He majored in Japanese Language and Literature at Dongguk University and then went on to graduate school to theoretically study Japanese history / Japanese grammar / Japanese phonology / Japanese Chinese consonants. At the graduate school, he participated in the Japanese Kanji Research Project, and after that, he passed the scholarship from the Ministry of Education, and went on to the Graduate School of Kobe National University to study phonology/syntax/semantics/applied linguistics/second foreign language acquisition. The author is a Phonetics/Phonology major, which compares and studies accents, rhythm systems, and shorthand formations between Korean and Japanese. 한일 국제회의 동시통역사 및 전문번역사, 국제행사 진행자이다. 일본에서 비교문화학과 국제비즈니스를 전공하고 한국으로 돌아와 한국외국어대학교 통번역대학원에서 국제회의 통역 석사, 통번역학 박사학위를 취득했다. 삼성전자 기술총괄에서 통번역사로 근무했고 서울가정법원/서울고등법원, LG전자, 아모레퍼시픽 지정 통역사로 활동했다. 일본 역대 총리 및 정치인 방한 행사, BTS/현빈/보아/장근석 등 방송 행사를 비롯, 1000회 이상의 정부/지자체 및 글로벌 기업이 주최한 국제행사를 통역했다. 일본문화방송 라디오 리포터로 활동했으며 삼성전자 SFF 포럼, LG전자 이노베이션 포럼, CJ ENM 미디어데이, 파나소닉 세미나, 아이돌 팬미팅 등 국제행사 한일 전문 진행자로도 일하고 있다. 현재는 외교부 등록 사단법인 한일미래포럼 이사, 한국일본학회 산하 한국일본어통번역학회 이사 등으로도 함께 활동하고 있다.

The author is a simultaneous interpreter and professional translator for the Korea-Japan international conference, and an international event host. She majored in Comparative Culture and International Business in Japan and returned to Korea, where she earned a Master’s degree in International Conference Interpretation and a Ph.D. in Interpretation and Translation from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. The author worked as an interpreter and interpreter at Samsung Electronics’ technical supervision and worked as a designated interpreter for the Seoul Family Court/Seoul High Court, LG Electronics, and Amorepacific. 1995년부터 2005년까지 서울대학교 언어교육원에서 일본어를 가르쳤다.
10년 동안 일본어를 가르쳐 오면서 ‘한국인이 쉽게 배우는 일본어’, ‘한국인이 어려워하는 일본어’가 무엇인지, 그리고 한국인에게 어떻게 일본어를 가르쳐야 효과적인지 훤히 알게 되었다.
한국어에 매우 능통하며, 한국어로 글을 쓰는 것은 한국 사람보다 더 낫다는 평가를 받고 있다. 외국어를 제대로 배우는 방법에 대한 결과를 몸소 증명한 셈이다. 일본인이면서도 서울대 국문과에서 고전문학을 전공했고, 서울대 대학원 언어학 박사과정에 입학할 만큼 한국어의 구조와 언어학을 이론적으로 학습했으며, 서울대 국문과 사람들에게 한국어와 일본어가 어떻게 다른지를 설명해 왔기 때문에 한국어와 일본어의 관계에 대해서라면 둘째 가라면 서러울 전문가이다.

From 1995 to 2005, he taught Japanese at the Language Education Center in Seoul National University.
As she taught Japanese for 10 years, she became aware of what it is like to learn Japanese easily, how difficult it is for Koreans, and how to teach Japanese to Koreans.
The author is very fluent in Korean, and writing in Korean is rated better than Korean. The authors have proven the results of how to learn foreign languages on their own.
