우리 세상은 한순간도 멈춰 있는 경우가 없어요.
물은 높은 곳에서 낮은 곳으로 흐르고, 식물과 동물이 자라나고, 지진과 화산이 일어나고, 단단한 바위가 고운 흙으로 변하기도 해요.
이렇듯 물질을 움직이고 변하게 만드는 것은 무엇일까 고민한 사람들은 자연의 숨어 있는 원리를 찾아냈어요. 그것은 바로 ‘에너지’입니다.
자동차가 움직이는 것, 볼링을 치는 것, 원시인이 불을 만드는 것, 텔레비전을 보는 것, 실험실에서 화학 반응이 일어나는 것 등!
이 모든 것이 에너지가 여러 가지 형태로 변화하면서 가능한 일이랍니다.
운동, 생명현상, 날씨와 화산까지 수시로 모습을 바꿔가며 일하는 에너지
세상은 이 에너지와 저 에너지로 연결되어 있어요. 세상에 일어나는 모든 현상은 에너지가 모습을 바꾸며 만들어 내는 것입니다.
물체가 높은 곳에 있으면 위치 에너지를 가지는 데 이 물체를 떨어뜨리면 물체 속도가 점점 더 빨라지면서 운동에너지가 됩니다.
계산기 등에 들어가는 광전지는 빛(빛에너지)을 전기에너지로 바꾸어 계산기를 작동합니다.
추운 날 우리가 소변을 보면 몸이 부르르 떨릴 때가 있는데 이는 몸을 떠는 운동에너지가 열에너지로 바뀌어 체온을 유지하는 것입니다.
이처럼 물질 변화의 원인이 에너지임을 알고 과학의 기초를 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 하였습니다.
Science in our world centering on energy
Our world never stops for a moment.
Water flows from high to low, plants and animals grow, earthquakes and volcanoes rise, and solid rocks turn into fine clay.
Those who have wondered what makes them move and change materials have found the hidden principles of nature. It is ‘energy’.
Moving cars, hitting bowling, making primitive fire, watching television, chemical reactions in the lab, etc.
All of this is possible when energy changes in many forms.
Exercise, life phenomena, weather and volcanic energy change from time to time.
The world is connected to this energy and this energy. Every phenomenon that happens in the world is what energy produces and transforms.
If the object is at a high altitude, it has potential energy. If this object is dropped, the object velocity becomes faster and becomes kinetic energy.
A photocell enters a calculator and converts the light (light energy) into electrical energy to operate the calculator.
On a cold day, when we urinate, our body shakes and shakes. This is because the kinetic energy of the body is changed into heat energy to maintain body temperature.
We know that the cause of material change is energy, so we can easily understand the basics of science.
