There is a ‘block’ that helps you complete sentences in English, just as you can make a house, plane, or car with a LEGO block. All sentences in the world are made up of these three blocks, with no simple sentences, no complicated long sentences, no exceptions. So, even if you know only blocks, English pieces that are scattered around in your head are assembled in order to understand the sentence and make your words freely.
This book is composed of “Block” for practicing block English learning method and “Basics” for solving English congestion and helping to speak English with confidence. It can be easily separated into two books according to the purpose of the learner. The Infographics method, which is a one-to-one correspondence between images and texts, adapts to the environment of readers who are accustomed to visuals than text. The appendix provides an mp3 file that allows you to listen to the example sentences in the book with the native speaker’s voice.

그리고 유튜브와 넷플릭스로 세상을 보는, 글보다 영상에 더 익숙한 요즘 독자들의 환경에 맞게 이미지와 텍스트를 일대일 대응시킨 인포그래픽스 방식으로 집필, 한층 흥미롭고 몰입도 높은 영어 학습을 구현했다. 현재 네이버 ‘블록영어’ 카페(http://cafe.naver.com/blockeng)에서 영어 학습자들과 소통하면서 더욱 신박한 영어 학습법을 개발하기 위해 노력하고 있다.
