심재헌 박사님은 대학에서 생물학을 전공하고 대학원에서 곤충학을 전공하여 석사 및 박사 학위를 받았습니다. 현재는 경상북도 자연환경연수원 교수로 일하며 환경체험 교육과 청소년 생태학교 등 자연체험교육 프로그램을 담당하고 있습니다. 또한 환경부의 환경교육 강사와 한국곤충학회 이사로도 활동 중입니다. 백두대간 곤충 조사와 독도 생태 조사 활동 등 다양한 연구 조사 활동도 하고 있답니다.

Dr. Shim Jae Heon majored in biology at the university and majored in entomology at the graduate school and received his master’s and doctoral degrees. Currently, he is a professor at Gyeongsangbuk-do Natural Environment Training Institute and is in charge of environmental experience education programs and youth experience schools. He is also an environmental education instructor of the Ministry of Environment and a director of the Insect Society of Korea. It also conducts various research activities such as Baekdudaegan insect survey and Dokdo ecological survey activity.
