The author goes to college because he dreams of a cartoon-like life that travels around the world during his high school years. However, she retried again with a unique Korean artist and majored in art at university.
After completing her graduation, she concludes that English is essential to achieve her dream life. She enrolls in a beginner’s class at an English institute. However, the author feels limited in developing her English skills in a small classroom. In the meantime, she travels the world cheapest to foreign friends and learns how to learn English effectively.
She has been studying the world for more than a year with the spirit of ‘the world’s greatest English school.’ Her English level is three years old. She released her own know-how in a two-month part-time job, and how to improve her English skills while playing with native speakers.

대학에서 영문학을 전공하지도 않았고, 어려서 외국에 나가 산 경험도 없으며, 현재 잘 나가는 영어강사는 더더욱 아니다. 대학 때 전공인 경제학이 맞지 않아 ‘영어 하나라도 잘 해보자’라는 생각으로 공부를 시작했지만, 몇 년을 공부해도 실력이 늘지 않아 포기와 시작을 반복하였다.
복학 후 다시 영어공부를 시작하면서 시행착오를 겪지 않기 위해 책과 인터넷을 뒤지며 영어 학습법을 연구했다. 학습법을 연구하면서 얻은 영어 고수들이 공통적으로 주장하는 방법과 자신이 발견한 노하우로 어학연수를 간 지 단 3개월 만에 영어의 말문이 트였다.
그 후 각종 영어 스피치 콘테스트와 에세이 콘테스트에서 수상하였고, “코리아 헤럴드”에 칼럼을 쓰는 등 뛰어난 영어 실력을 인정받았다.
현재 온라인 어학 강좌 사이트 global21에서 마케팅팀장으로 일하고 있다. 또한 ‘영어 학습법 전문가’로 네이버 카페(cafe.naver.com/kimnamho)를 운영하며 많은 영어 학습자들에게 올바른 길을 알려주고 있다.

He did not major in English at college, he did not have a foreign experience in his childhood, and he does not have much English teacher anymore. He started studying because he did not have economics as a major in college and he thought he should do English well, but after a few years of studying, he did not get enough skills to give up and start again.
After studying English, the author started studying English again. He studied English learning method by reading books and internet to avoid trial and error. After three months of studying English with a common understanding of how English learners were studying and know – how they found, they spoke in English.
Since then, he has been awarded various English speech contests and essay contests, and has been recognized for his excellent English ability by writing columns in the “Korea Herald.”
