Two years have passed since the advent of the fourth industrial revolution. Surprisingly, it was two years. The change we are experiencing seems to be more than 20 years. 20여 년 현장 및 컨설팅 경험에 기반한 인사조직, 리더십, 기업 문화 전문가. 한국외국어대학교 중국어과를 졸업했다. 같은 학교 통번역대학원에서 석사 학위와 미국 버지니아주립대학교 다든경영대학원에서 MBA를 취득했다.
삼성, SK, 코트라, 필립모리스 등에서 영업, 기획, 인사 업무를 두루 경험했다. 세계에서 가장 권위 있는 글로벌 컨설팅 기업 머서, 타워스왓슨 등에서 근무하며 국내 대기업과 외국계 기업 들 대상으로 컨설팅을 하고 있다.

Over 20 years experience in human resources, leadership, corporate culture based on field and consulting experience. He graduated from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. The author has a master’s degree from the same school’s translation and interpretation department and an MBA from Darden School of Business at Virginia State University.
He has worked in sales, planning, and personnel affairs in Samsung, SK, KOTRA and Philip Morris. He works in the world’s most prestigious global consulting companies, such as Mercer and Towers Watson, and is consulting for large corporations and foreign companies in Korea.
The author is interested in integrating wisdom in various fields such as history, philosophy, psychology, and brain science into organizational personnel management and fostering leadership. He has contributed to various media, and he has lectured to leading companies in Korea such as Samsung, POSCO, and SK to spread the trends in human resources organization, talent cultivation, and corporate culture.
