대학 졸업 후 20여 년 동안 그림책 작가로 활동하면서 수백 권 이상의 그림책에 그림을 그렸고, 글과 그림 모두 작업한 창작 책도 다수 출판하였다. 현재 ‘한겨레 그림책 학교’에 출강하며 그림책 작가 지망생을 지도하고 있다.

He majored in furniture design, but he decided to become an illustrator because he likes painting.
After graduating from college, he has been working as a picture book writer for over 20 years, drawing more than hundreds of picture books, and has published many original books that have worked on both texts and pictures. He is currently teaching at the Hankyoreh Picture Book School and aspiring to become a picture book writer.

The author graduated from Myongji University, Department of Computer Science, and after graduation, worked for a long time in the corporate computer room. Since 1993, she has been an office automation course instructor at major IT institutes such as Korea Computer Academy, Hyundai Electronics IT School, Korea IPC Education Center, Hankyoreh Cultural Center and New Horizon Korea Education Center. Currently, she is developing customized solutions for small and medium-sized businesses utilizing MS-Office & VB, and is teaching at Chung-Ang University’s Computer Center.

다하 작가는 하고 싶은 게 너무 많아서 언제 이것을 다 할 수 있을지가 늘 고민이다. 그는 대학생 때부터 디자인 작업을 시작했다. SNS를 통해 사람들과 소통하기를 좋아해 작업한 작품들을 올려 사람들과 이야기 나누곤 한다. 1년에 한번은 외국에 나가지 않으면 몸이 근질거릴 정도로 여행을 좋아하며, 늘 새로운 것을 찾아 도전하고 싶어 하는 아직은 젊은 크리에이터다.

There are so many things he want to do that he always worry about when he can do this. He started designing since college. The author likes to communicate with people through the SNS, so I put up my works and talk with people. He is a young creator who likes to travel so much that he does not go abroad once a year and wants to challenge and find new things all the time.

이 책은 자바로 된 샘플 코드를 하나씩 실습하며 프로그래머라면 꼭 알아야 할 리팩토링 기법을 쉽게 배울 수 있는 입문서다. 또한 리팩토링 전과 후 프로그램을 비교해서 분석한 내용을 일목요연하게 보여주기 때문에 프로그램이 어떻게 달라졌는지를 누구나 쉽게 이해할 수 있다. 그리고 각 장 뒤에는 중요 포인트를 재확인하고 프로그램이 풍기는 악취를 탐지하는 연습을 할 수 있게 연습문제가 있다.
